Car Indicator Lights Not Working

Turns out this fuse is the indicator fuse and when this fuse is blown the indicators won't work but the hazard lights still work. It is possible that the newly installed flasher module has failed, or a connection to it. If there is resistance, then the sensor is working. The indicators and hazard lights are on the same relay circuit.
